8.4 All platform rules and guidelines updated or launched by PiloBuddy in the future are regarded as attachments to this service policy. If there is a separate policy, rule, or guideline for a particular service, you must abide by that separate policy, rule, or guideline while adhering to this policy. If other specific operating rules are inconsistent with or constitute a conflict with this policy, the provisions of the specific operating rules shall prevail.
8.5 Changes and Modifications to the Terms of Service
The platform reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete the terms of this service policy at any time in the future at its own discretion. All revised, added or newly released rules, policys and other documents constitute a part of this service policy. This platform has the right to modify the terms of service of the aforementioned documents at any time. Once the terms of service change, this platform will upload the latest revised policy terms; when you use any service of the PiloBuddy account, you should accept the service provided by the PiloBuddy account at any time. Relevant rules or instructions, and such rules or instructions form part of these terms of service. If you do not agree to the modification of the terms of service, you can take the initiative to cancel the services you have obtained; if you continue to enjoy the service, it is deemed that you have accepted the modification of the terms of service.
8.6 Application and jurisdiction of law
The conclusion, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this policy shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall exclude the application of all other conflicting laws. This policy was entered into in Tianhe District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province. If there is any dispute between the two parties on the content of this policy or its implementation (including but not limited to disputes over contracts or other property rights and interests), the two parties shall resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, the two parties agree to initiate arbitration with China Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.
8.7 This policy becomes effective when the user accesses, browses and uses the PiloBuddy account.
